Please join us on July 30th for our next NAMI – Savannah Education Night, titled “Mental Health Matters in the Probate Court”.  Our speakers are as follows:  Amy Ihrig, Staff Attorney and Judge Pro Tempore and Wendy Williamson, Associate Judge.

The Chatham County Probate Court is responsible for many types of cases,  In particular the Court handles domestic matters such as guardianship, conservatorship, and estate.  They will also educate us on Emergency Admissions and Orders to Apprehend (also known as Section 1013).
